Refund and Returns Policy
At Opalised Australia, we understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to disappointment, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our internet purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days from the date of your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition for a full refund to be issued. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used, such as credit card, bank account, PayPal account etc.
All transactions, including refunds, are processed in Australian Dollars. Any fluctuation in exchange rates during the 30-day period may result in a variation in the refund amount. Please be advised that due to the policies of our eCommerce provider, it may take up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed.
Please note that this returns policy only applies to stock jewelry and unmodified, unset stones. Custom-made jewelry and opals cut for custom orders cannot be refunded.
