All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our team will then send another notification to you when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over AUD $385 (incl GST) and a flat rate of AUD $16.50 for orders under AUD $385 (incl GST) via Australia Post. This shipping method is express, insured, trackable, and typically arrives within 3 business days.
For our international customers, we offer free shipping globally for orders over AUD $350 (ex GST) and a flat rate of AUD $30 for orders under AUD $350 (ex GST) via express airmail. This shipping method is insured, trackable, requires a signature on delivery, and typically arrives within 10 business days (this does not take into consideration the current COVID-19 pandemic which is impacting all shipping services).
For high-value items or urgent orders, we offer the option for DHL International Courier delivery during checkout. This method takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you have special or urgent circumstances and would like your parcel sent by a premium service, please contact us, and we can arrange for faster delivery for an additional fee to cover our costs.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Opalised Australia is not responsible for these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility. In our experience, it is rare for import taxes to be imposed by the customer’s home country, but it is still possible. Customers should research their country’s import tax policies prior to making a purchase. In the case of a refund, the customer must bear all costs associated with import taxes as it is not possible for Opalised Australia to refund these amounts or other costs associated with importing goods.
You can check the status of your order from the My Account page on our website. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to track your order’s progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and our team will investigate and assist you.
